There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary which has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Buyer Seller or any of the Transferred Companies who might be is entitled to any fee or commission from Seller Buyer or any of its Affiliates (including, after the Closing, the Transferred Companies) upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Finder’s Fees. There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary which has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Buyer a Seller who might be entitled to any fee or commission from Seller or any of its Affiliates upon consummation of in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
