Fire and Safety. The Gaming Facility shall be constructed and maintained in compliance with the standard uniform Building Officials and Code Administrators (“BOCA”) code concerning fire and safety, provided that nothing in this Agreement shall grant any jurisdiction to any state government or any political subdivision thereof over the Property or the Gaming Facility.
