Common use of Fire-Life Safety; Central Systems Clause in Contracts

Fire-Life Safety; Central Systems. a. Any Leasehold Improvements relating to the Building fire and life safety systems shall be performed by Landlord’s fire and life safety subcontractor, at Tenant’s expense. b. Neither Tenant nor any of its agents or contractors shall alter, modify, or in any manner disturb any of the Central Systems.

Landlord shall identify the foregoing subcontractor and promptly notify Tenant of same. b. (ii) Neither Tenant nor any of its agents or contractors shall alter, modify, or in any manner disturb any of the Central Systems.
