Common use of Fire, Security and Safety Regulations Clause in Contracts

Fire, Security and Safety Regulations. Tenant will comply with all safety, security, fire protection and evacuation measures and procedures established by Landlord or any governmental agency. Tenant shall install and maintain, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, an adequate, visibly marked and properly operational fire extinguisher next to any duplicating or photocopying machines or similar heat producing equipment, which may or may not contain combustible material, in the Premises.
