Fire Service. In cases of fire, all employees must assist in preventing destruction of the Company's property. Fire apparatus must not be removed from the place or used, except in case of fire. The Company will train employees in this area as it deems necessary.
Fire Service. The City does not provide municipal fire services but this area is served by the North Xxxx County Volunteer Fire Department. Fire prevention activities will be provided by the Xxxx County Fire Marshal’s Office.

Fire Service. The said Owner(s), its (their) heirs, successors, administrators and assigns forever, agree to jointly maintain said service line(s) according to the conditions listed below. For purposes of this agreement, the term “maintenance” shall include maintenance, repair and/or replacement as necessary for the water service(s) to continue functioning as originally intended. Fire Service. A. The APPLICANT shall install a BWL approved backflow prevention device after the point of entry of the fire service. The list of BWL approved devices is shown on construction standard W-07-0010, and is available upon request. The bypass of the backflow prevention device shall include a 5/8” meter which will be supplied and installed by the BWL. The APPLICANT is responsible for connecting the backflow prevention device to the service piping at this space. The APPLICANT is responsible for the ownership and maintenance of the back flow prevention device, and all piping downstream thereof.
Fire Service. An employee who is a member of a Community Emergency Fire Service may apply in writing to their supervisor for approval to a pager provided by such Community Emergency Fire Service and leave work to respond to an emergency fire call, provided that they have the permission of their supervisor for each call. Approval will only be granted where it will not be in with the operations of the Hospital. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld. The employer will not be responsible for any wages, workers' compensation benefits or other costs resulting from the employee leaving the Hospital to respond to an emergency fire call. Skill Utilization The Hospital undertakes to encourage Registered Practical Nurses to upgrade their skills to the present level of those being acquired by the graduating Further, the Hospital will, where practicable, encourage and permit the utilization of the upgraded skills. Should the Hospital require those skills on the work units, the Hospital will pay for attendance at such training at regular wages and will also pay for tuition and materials.
