Common use of Firefighter Staffing Clause in Contracts

Firefighter Staffing. 1. Firefighter staffing shall be maintained by using on-duty Firefighters in excess of the minimum number per shift set forth in Section A of this Article. The excess Firefighters shall be known as the Detail Pool. The Detail Pool shall be set at a ratio of ten percent (10%) of the total line Firefighter positions per shift.
