Project Staffing. Prior to the start of any work under this Agreement, Consultant must submit to City detailed resumes of key personnel that will be involved in performing services prescribed in the Agreement. City hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such personnel to perform services under this Agreement. At any time hereafter that Consultant desires to change key personnel while performing under the Agreement, Consultant must submit the qualifications of the new personnel to City for prior approval. Key personnel include, but are not limited to, principals-in-charge, project manager, and project Consultant. Consultant will maintain an adequate and competent staff of qualified persons, as may be determined by City, throughout the performance of this Agreement to ensure acceptable and timely completion of the Scope of Services. If City objects, with reasonable cause, to any of Consultant’s staff, Consultant must take prompt corrective action acceptable to City and, if required, remove such personnel from the Project and replace with new personnel agreed to by City.
Project Staffing. The Builder shall staff the Project with qualified and designated individuals and entities responsible for its obligations and performance.
4.1.1 The Builder shall name a representative (the “Builder’s Representative”) to serve as its primary communication contact with the Owner and the Architect.
4.1.2 The Builder shall employ persons skilled in the tasks assigned to them and shall contract with subcontractors and suppliers skilled in the tasks assigned to them and capable of working harmoniously with all trades, crafts and other individuals on the Project. The Builder shall use its best efforts to minimize the likelihood of any strike, work stoppage or other labor disturbance.
4.1.3 The Builder shall immediately remove from the Site, for the duration of the Project, any person making an inappropriate religious, racial, sexual or ethnic comment, statement or gesture toward any other individual.
4.1.4 The Builder shall immediately remove from the Site, for the duration of the Project, any person who is incompetent, careless, or not working in harmony.
4.1.5 The Builder shall be responsible to the Owner for the acts and omissions of its agents and employees, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Project Staffing. 6.5.1 Prior to the start of any Work or Deliverable under this Contract, the XXXX will submit to the Owner, an organization chart for the XXXX staff and Subconsultants and detailed resumes with pictures of key personnel listed in its response to the Owner’s Request for Qualifications or subsequent fee proposals (or revisions thereto), that will be involved in performing the services prescribed in the Contract. Unless, otherwise informed, the Owner hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such personnel to perform such services under this Contract. In the event the XXXX desires to change such key personnel from performing such services under this Contract, the XXXX will submit the qualifications of the proposed substituted personnel to the Owner for prior approval. Key personnel will include, but are not limited to, principal-in-charge, project manager, superintendent, project director or those persons specifically identified to perform services of cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and procurement planning.
6.5.2 The XXXX will maintain an adequate number of competent and qualified persons, as determined by the Owner, to ensure acceptable and timely completion of the scope of services described in this Contract throughout the period of those services. If the Owner objects, with reasonable cause, to any of the XXXX’x staff, the XXXX will take prompt corrective action acceptable to the Owner and, if required, remove such personnel from the Project and replace with new personnel acceptable to the Owner. If XXXX breaches this section, it will be considered an event of default under this Contract.
Project Staffing. Construction Manager shall include in its service plan a detailed staffing plan describing Construction Manager’s and its consultants’ services, including those of the Key Personnel. The staffing plan shall include, at a minimum, (i) the names of all individuals assigned to each Project phase; (ii) a brief description of such individuals’ Project roles and responsibilities; and (iii) anticipated percentage of working time such individuals will expend performing services or Work for each Project phase.
Project Staffing. We will provide trained, knowledgeable and skilled personnel, that we reasonably believe are adequate to complete the Professional Services. To the extent that a Professional Service is solely advisory, no result is assured or guaranteed by us.
Project Staffing. Design-Builder shall include in its service plan a detailed staffing plan describing Design-Builder’s and its consultants’ services, including those of the Key Personnel. The staffing plan shall include, at a minimum, (i) the names of all individuals assigned to each Project phase; (ii) a brief description of such individuals’ Project roles and responsibilities; and (iii) anticipated percentage of working time such individuals will expend performing Work for each Project phase.
Project Staffing. An in-State experienced, qualified, and effective project team will be identified and provided, subject to approval by the Department's Agreement administrator. The Bidder will provide a description of its project staffing plan for all phases and tasks. Identify each senior staff member and complete for each the form in Appendix G in order to demonstrate your staff’s experience with projects similar to this one. At a minimum, the Provider will maintain an in-State team for the length of the project made up of a Project Manager, Educational Specialist, Professional Development Specialists, and Technical Engineers sufficient to implement and support the program.
Project Staffing. ERF represents and warrants that it will retain, for the duration of this Agreement, personnel of sufficient education and/or experience to meet its obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to providing commercially reasonable updates and enhancements to the ERF Technology and to provide such updates to Schlumberger, as well as to support Schlumberger’s continued utilization and resale of the ERF Technology. Such staffing requirements will be determined based on the monthly meeting with Schlumberger to develop a reasonable support system for the planned expansion areas.

Unless, otherwise informed, the County hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such personnel to perform such services under this Contract. In the event the CMARE desires to change such key personnel from performing such services under this Contract, the CMARE will submit the qualifications of the proposed substituted personnel to the County for prior approval. Key personnel will include, but are not limited to, principal-in-charge, project manager, superintendent, project director or those persons specifically identified to perform services of cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and procurement planning.
6.5.2 The CMARE will maintain an adequate number of competent and qualified persons, as determined by the County, to ensure acceptable and timely completion of the scope of services described in this Contract throughout the period of those services. If the County objects, with reasonable cause, to any of the CMARE’s staff, the CMARE will take prompt corrective action acceptable to the County and, if required, remove such personnel from the Project and replace with new personnel acceptable to the County. If CMARE breaches this Article, it will be considered an event of default under this Contract.
6.5.3 The CMARE shall comply with Public Contract Code Section 20146(c) regarding use of a skilled and trained workforce to perform all work on the project. The CMARE shall further ensure its subcontractors at every tier comply with the Section 20146(c).
Project Staffing. In performing the Services, Aptiv Solutions will assign personnel who are adequately trained, qualified and experienced to conduct the work as specified in a Project Agreement. Client may make reasonable requests for replacement of assigned personnel for cause, such as unsatisfactory performance or interpersonal conflicts. Aptiv Solutions will promptly respond to any such request and make reasonable efforts to correct the situation in order to improve performance, or to provide a replacement, at its own expense, within a mutually agreeable timeframe. Aptiv Solutions will assign personnel at its sole discretion from one or more of its or its Affiliates offices located worldwide, as needed to perform the Services in accordance with the Project Agreement.
