First and Second Year Candidates. If the Tenure Review Committee affirms its recommendations to terminate employment and if the candidate wishes to pursue the appeal, the candidate shall have seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Committee’s decision following Step Two to request in writing a meeting with the College President to present his or her reasons for disagreeing with the decision of the Tenure Review Committee. The College President shall have fourteen (14) calendar days to meet with the candidate and notify the candidate of his or her decision to agree or disagree with the decision of the Tenure Review Committee. At the discretion of the College President, the Tenure Review Committee Chair and/or the Evaluation Subcommittee Chair may also be required to attend the meeting.
