First appointments. 1. Each ESM Member shall designate its Governor and alternate Governor within the two weeks of the entry into force of this Treaty. 2. The Board of Governors shall appoint the Managing Director and each Governor shall appoint a Director and an alternate Director within the two months of the entry into force of this Treaty.
