First Meal Period. In all work assignments of five (5) hours or more, the first meal period, which shall have a duration of sixty (60) minutes, shall be scheduled as follows: (a) between 1115 hours and 1430 hours; (b) between 1630 hours and 2000 hours; (c) at times mutually agreed by the employee and Employer.
