Common use of First Notice Clause in Contracts

First Notice. Class Counsel shall cause the First Notice to be disseminated in accordance with the Plan of Notice and the costs of doing so shall be paid as a Non-Refundable Expense as provided in 4.1(1)(b).

First Notice. Class Counsel shall cause the First Notice to be published and disseminated in accordance with the Plan of Notice and the costs of doing so shall be paid as a Non-Refundable Expense as provided in section 4.1(1)(b)) of this Agreement.
