Long Form Notice. Mail Notice and Email Notice will all contain the address for the Settlement Website, xxx.XXXXXXxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. On the website, Settlement Class members will find important documents and court filings, including the Long-Form Notice, which will contain more detail than the Mail Notice and Email Notice. The Long Form Notice will be sent to all Settlement Class members who contact the Administrator by telephone or email and request a copy.
Long Form Notice. On or before the Class Notice Date, the Claims Administrator shall post the Long Form Notice on the settlement website in the form agreed to by the Parties and approved by the Court.
Long Form Notice. The plain-language long-form version of the notice of the settlement that is to be provided on the Settlement Website and that will be provided through a link in the Publication Notice. The Long-Form Notice submitted to the Court for approval must be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 2.
Long Form Notice. The Long Form Notice shall be in a form substantially similar to the document attached as Exhibit C hereto. The Long Form Notice shall (i) contain a description of the nature of the Action and the proposed Settlement, including information on the definition of the Settlement Class, the identity of members of the Settlement Class, how the proposed Settlement would provide relief to Settlement Class Members, and other relevant information; (ii) contain a description of what claims are released under the proposed Settlement; (iii) advise the Settlement Class of the Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxx actions and that those members of the Settlement Class who do not file valid and timely exclusion requests will be releasing their claims under those actions; (iv) inform members of the Settlement Class of their right to opt out of the proposed Settlement and provide the deadlines and procedures for exercising this right; (v) inform Settlement Class Members of their right to object to the proposed Settlement, Fee and Expense Award, and/or Service Payments and to appear at the Final Approval Hearing, and provide the deadlines and procedures for exercising these rights; (vi) inform the Settlement Class that fees and expenses related to the Settlement Administrator will be deducted from the Settlement Fund, and set forth the maximum Fee and Expense Award and Service Payments to be sought; and (vii) inform and provide instruction to the Settlement Class about the process for making a Claim.

The Long Form Notice shall be available on the Settlement Website. The Class Action Settlement Administrator shall send, via first-class mail, the Long Form Notice to those persons who request it in writing or through the toll-free telephone number.

The Long Form Notice shall be sent by either U.S. Mail, postage prepaid, or by e-mail by the Class Action Settlement Administrator where addresses are reasonably and readily available to Sony through its own customer registration databases or other such lists as it may possess. The Class Action Settlement Administrator shall send via first-class mail, the Long Form Notice to those persons who request it in writing or through the toll-free telephone number. The Long Form Notice shall be available on the settlement website.
Long Form Notice. A. Contents of Long Form Notices The Long Form Notices shall be shall be printed in both English and French.
Long Form Notice. The Parties have agreed that they will jointly recommend the Long-Form Notice, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C, to the Court for approval. The Long-Form Notice is designed to provide comprehensive and easily understandable notice of the terms of the Agreement. The Long-Form Notice shall be posted on the Class Settlement Website as provided by Paragraph VI.A.3 above.

Long Form Notice. If You Purchased a New Suunto Dive Computer in Canada, A Settlement Has Been Reached that May Affect Your Rights. • A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Suunto Oy (the “Defendant” or “Suunto”) concerning certain Suunto Dive Computers. Those purchasers included in the settlement have legal rights and options and deadlines by which they must exercise them. • You may be included in the settlement if you purchased new in Canada one or more of the following models of Suunto Dive Computers that were manufactured since January 1, 2006: Cobra, Cobra 2, Cobra 3, Cobra 3 Black, Vyper, Vyper Novo, Vyper 2, Vyper Air, HelO2, Gekko, Vytec, Vytec DS, Zoop, Zoop Novo, Mosquito, D4, D6, D9, D4i, D6i, D4i Novo, D6i Novo, D9tx, and DX. (see Questions 3 and 6 below for more detail on eligibility). • The proposed settlement provides for a free Inspection, Repair or Replacement Program to determine whether your Dive Computer has a faulty depth pressure sensor and if it does, to repair your Dive Computer or provide you with a free replacement. The settlement also reimburses qualifying Class Members for certain costs. Please read this Notice carefully. Your legal rights are affected, whether you act or do not act.
