Seller Financing Seller agrees to provide financing to the Buyer under the following terms and conditions:
First-time homebuyer You may take payments from your IRA to use toward qualified acquisition costs of buying or building a principal residence. FIRST TIME HOME BUYER If the Property is improved residential real property, and if Buyer is a first time Maryland homebuyer as defined in MD Tax Property Code §13-203(b), as from time to time amended, who will occupy the Property as Xxxxx’s personal residence, then Seller shall pay the state transfer tax of 0.25% to the extent required by law. The property will be sold in “As Is” condition without express or implied warranty as to the nature and description of the improvements. The property will be sold subject to easements, agreements, restrictions or covenants of record affecting the same, if any. Dimensions and acreage are more or less. Time is of the essence as to the terms of this contract.
Third Party Financing If Product acquisitions are financed through any third party financing, Contractor may be required as a condition of Contract Award to agree to the terms and conditions of a “Consent & Acknowledgment Agreement” in a form acceptable to the Commissioner.
ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT Final payment may be requested by the Contractor upon completion and acceptance, by the Town, of all work as set forth in the Contract Documents. The total amount of final payment shall consist of the Contract Price, as adjusted in accordance with approved change orders, if applicable, less all previous payments to the Contractor.
Single Collective Agreement a) Central terms and local terms shall together constitute a single collective agreement.
Notice to Proceed - Land Acquisition The acquisition of the Land shall not occur until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed for land acquisition to the Recipient (the "Notice to Proceed"). Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director has received a Request to Proceed acceptable to the Director and is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and any requirements for land acquisition set forth in this Agreement, including without limitation the OPWC's approval of the proposed Deed Restrictions and Title Agent. The Notice to Proceed also shall specify the time frame for the Closing.

Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.
