Fiscal Year 1994 Merit Sample Clauses

Fiscal Year 1994 Merit. For any employee covered by this Agreement who retires after July 1, 1993, "Average Annual Compensation" as that term is defined in Section 5 (Definitions), above, will be calculated as if the employee had received any step increase the employee would otherwise have received during the first year of this Agreement but for the deferral of such step increase. This salary shall also be applicable for calculating any leave payouts due upon retirement during this period of time.

  • Fiscal Year End Change, or permit any Subsidiary of any Borrower to change, its fiscal year end.

  • Fiscal Year; Taxable Year The fiscal year and the taxable year of the Company is the calendar year.

  • Fiscal Year; Accounting The Company's fiscal year shall be the calendar year with an ending month of December.

  • Fiscal Year The fiscal year of the Partnership shall be the calendar year.
