Fiscal Year 2018 Stipends. The following stipends shall be effective July 1, 2017: The annual RA stipend for Fiscal Year 2018 for first year RAs shall be $4650.00; the semester stipend shall be $2391.48 fall and $2258.62 spring; the bi-weekly stipend shall be $265.72. The annual RA stipend for Fiscal Year 2018 for returning RAs shall be $4850.00; the semester stipend shall be $2494.35 fall and $2355.78 spring; the bi-weekly stipend shall be $277.15.

  • FISCAL CONTINGENCY All payments under this contract are contingent upon the availability to the City of Nashua of the necessary funds. This contract shall terminate and the City of Nashua's obligations under it shall be extinguished at the end of any fiscal year in which the City of Nashua fails to appropriate monies for the ensuing fiscal year sufficient for the performance of this contract. Nothing in this contract shall be construed to provide Independent Contractor with a right of payment over any other entity. Any funds obligated by the City of Nashua under this contract that are not paid to Independent Contractor shall automatically revert to the City of Nashua’s discretionary control upon the completion, termination, or cancellation of the agreement. The City of Nashua shall not have any obligation to re-award or to provide, in any manner, the unexpended funds to Independent Contractor. Independent Contractor shall have no claim of any sort to the unexpended funds.

  • Quarterly Payments H3.15 The quarterly payment cannot be increased in cases of target over-achievement. The payments are given on cumulative outputs, in arrears, and therefore the maximum payment available will be given by the end of the Contract if the agreed (target) number of outputs is reached or exceeded.

  • Vacation Earnings for Partial Years (a) (1) During the first partial year of service a new employee will earn vacation at the rate of one and one-quarter (1¼) days for each month for which he/she earns ten (10) days' pay.

Initiation and submission of the Sales Report is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the DMS Contract Manager. Failure to provide the quarterly sales report will result in the imposition of financial consequences and may result in the Contractor being found in default and the termination of the Contract. Initiation and submission of the quarterly sales report are the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification by the Department. Sales will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. If no sales are recorded during the period, the Contractor must submit a report stating that there was no activity. If no sales are recorded in two consecutive quarters, the Contractor may be placed in probationary status or the Department may terminate the Contract. Quarter 1 – (July-September) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 2 – (October-December) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 3 – (January-March) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 4 – (April-June) due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Exceptions may be made if a delay in submitting reports is attributable to circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the Contractor. The burden of proof of unavoidable delay shall rest with the Contractor and shall be supplied in a written form and submitted to the Department. The Department reserves the right to request additional sales information as needed.
