Fiscal Year End. Each Fiscal Year of the Limited Partnership shall end on December 31st or such other date as shall be determined by OSEG and the City pursuant to the Stadium Shareholder’s Agreement, provided that in the year in which the Limited Partnership is dissolved the Fiscal Year of the Limited Partnership shall end on the date of dissolution.
