Conflict of Interest and Code of Conduct. County may, in its sole discretion, by written notice to Contractor, terminate this Agreement if it is found, after due notice and examination by County or its agent that there is a violation of chapter 42.23 RCW, or any similar statute involving the Contractor in the procurement of, or performance of this Agreement. Conflict of Interest and Code of Conduct. Members of the Tribunal shall comply with the International Bar Association Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration and any Code of Conduct adopted by the Joint Committee pursuant to Article [The Joint Committee]. If a disputing party considers that a member does not meet the requirements set out therein, that party may propose the disqualification of this member. The proposed disqualification shall be decided in line with the procedure of Article 58 of the ICSID Convention.
