Fish, Wildlife and Plants. Current data on known threatened, endangered, and candidate species of flora and fauna occurrence in the vicinity of the proposed action will be obtained from resource agencies. A biological survey of the project area will be prepared to determine the potential for these species to occur within the project area. Evidence of hazardous wildlife populations and/or hazardous wildlife attractants, and measures to minimize or mitigate the creation or exacerbation of wildlife‐aircraft hazards will also be documented.

  • Safe Working Environment ACM does everything reasonably possible to provide a safe working environment for all of its stakeholders including Suppliers and its own employees and agents.
