Common use of Fitness and Wellness Program Clause in Contracts

Fitness and Wellness Program. The Employer’s Xxxxxx facility may include a fitness facility. The fitness facility may be utilized only during non-compensated hours. Employee’s employment by Employer is not conditioned upon the use of the fitness facility or participation in any activity associated with the fitness facility. The Center is not part of Employees’ workplace and, as such, any injury while using the fitness facility will not be covered by workers compensation. Effective upon ratification of this agreement by all parties, members of the bargaining unit shall be allowed to participate in the Xxxxxxxxxx County Wellness Program and shall be eligible for the $100 per year payment for participation in the Physician Health Screening and Health Assessment program and $500 per year wellness reimbursement.
