FITNESS FOR DUTY / RETURN TO WORK. 1. When an Employee’s absence from work begins with a document from a Physician/Doctor stating the Employee is unable to work, the Employee must have a document from a Physician/Doctor stating the Employee is fit for duty and can return to work.
