Fitness. During the term of your employment with the Company, you are required to be physically and medically fit to perform the services assigned to you from time to time. As to whether you are fit to perform the services, is an issue which will be professionally determined by the Company and you shall be bound by such determination. You may be required to undergo periodical medical examination with a Company designated medical practitioner, as and when intimated to you by the Company.
