Five (5) Weeks. Employees who complete twenty-five (25) years of accredited service with the Company will be entitled to five (5) weeks (Twenty-five (25) normal workdays) of annual vacation at their basic rate of pay. At least five (5) vacation days are to be taken during the months of January, February, March, April, November and December.
