Five Minute Leeway. The Union agrees to a five (5) minute leeway each day, which is not intended to be part of the work schedule. Rather, this is to take care of the extra few minutes required to complete a job in progress at quitting time. All time worked in excess of the five (5) minutes' leeway shall be paid at overtime rates.
