MANUALS AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTATION Product shall be furnished, at no extra charge, with one complete set of standard operator instruction manuals and Documentation (hard copy, CD/DVD or web link) as would normally accompany such Product(s). Contractor shall also ensure that the part numbers and net prices associated with the documentation are available to the Authorized User and included on its approved price list for the Contract should an Authorized User need to purchase additional sets of technical manuals. Where Documentation is provided in electronic format, an Authorized User shall be entitled to make copies to the extent necessary to fully enjoy the rights granted under this Contract provided that the Authorized User reproduces the copyright notice and any other legend of ownership on any copies made.
Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).
Maintenance and Association The Promoter may manage and maintain the common parts and utilities of the Project by itself or may hand over these to the Maintenance Company for which all Allottees may be required to execute an Agreement (“Management Agreement”) with the Maintenance Company.
CITY MANAGER’S RECOMMENDED ACTION This agreement formalizes the mechanism that may be used by the City to transfer civil rights complaints to the Iowa Civil Rights Commission for investigation. ICRC will compensate the City for acting as the intake agent under this agreement. The City and ICRC have maintained this arrangement for several years. Transferring this time- consuming investigation responsibility to the ICRC will allow the Ames Human Relations Commission more time to devote to proactive educational projects in the community. Therefore, it is the recommendation of the City Manager that the City Council adopt Alternative No. 1, as described above.

Class, Collective and Representative Action Waiver THE PARTIES AGREE THAT COVERED CLAIMS WILL, AT EITHER PARTY’S ELECTION, ONLY BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND THAT EACH WAIVES THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR RECEIVE COMPENSATION FROM ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. NO PARTY MAY BRING A CLAIM ON BEHALF OF OTHER INDIVIDUALS; ANY ARBITRATOR HEARING A COVERED CLAIM MAY NOT COMBINE MORE THAN ONE INDIVIDUAL’S CLAIM OR CLAIMS INTO A SINGLE CASE OR TO ARBITRATE ANY FORM OF A CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. SHOULD ANY PORTION OF THE FOREGOING WAIVER BE FOUND INVALID, THE REMAINING PORTION THAT IS VALID WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

ARTISTES AND ATHLETES 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as an athlete, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State.
Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.
