Common use of Fixed Compensation Clause in Contracts

Fixed Compensation. IndeBrokers will receive certain additional fixed compensation pursuant to a separate agreement with Masterworks, which is not tied specifically to this Offering or to any other specific offering, but a portion of which is deemed to be underwriting compensation for this Offering. Such additional fixed compensation includes, $5,000 per month for ancillary support services and $750 per month for supervisory services for each representative beyond one representative dedicated to working on Masterworks transactions.

Fixed Compensation. Such additional fixed compensation includes, $5,000 15,000 per month for ancillary support services provided to up to and including thirty (30) representatives and $750 250 per month for supervisory services for each representative beyond one representative thirty (30) representatives dedicated to working on Masterworks transactions.
