Fixed Rules. In order for self-scheduling to function on any unit, there must be at least two (2) group facilitators who have agreed to coordinate the process. The names of the facilitators will be submitted to the Immediate Supervisor for approval. Self scheduling must produce a rotation that: A) will be in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
