Fixture/Capital Repair Services. The Series will reimburse Xxxxx Holdings for any out-of-pocket expenses paid to third parties in connection with providing fixture and capital repair services for the Property. This does not include Xxxxx Holding’s overhead and administrative costs, employee costs borne by Xxxxx Holdings, or utilities or technology costs.
