Flex Plan. The following options are available (during the window period) to employees of Decatur School District No. 61. Employees should direct any questions or concerns to the District Business Office. a. Dependent Care Assistance Plan This plan will enable each participant to elect to receive payments of reimbursement of his/her dependent care expenses that are excludable from the participant’s gross income under Section 129 of the Code. b. Medical Reimbursement Plan This plan enables each participant to elect to receive payments of reimbursements of his/her medical care expenses that are excludable from the participant’s gross income under Section 105(b) of the Code.
