Outage Repair Standard In the event of an outage or trouble in any Service being provided by a Party hereunder, the Providing Party will follow Verizon’s standard procedures for isolating and clearing the outage or trouble.

Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. Maintenance and Repair – Line Sharing 3.6.1 C.M. shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any Loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If C.M. is using a BellSouth owned splitter, C.M. may access the Loop at the point where the combined voice and data signal exits the central office splitter via a bantam test jack. If C.M. provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIR Tenant agrees that if there is any delay in maintenance or repairs for reasons beyond Landlord's control, this shall have no effect on Tenant's obligations under this lease.
