Common use of FLOOR FINISHES Clause in Contracts

FLOOR FINISHES. 1.3.1 All interior concrete surface beds to be tiled as per Architect`s Drawings or as per client’s material choice. 1.3.2 All exposed concrete surface beds will be finished smooth with a steel trowel. 1.3.3 Grouting color as per contractor to match floor tile. 1.3.4 Drying Yard will be paved with 60mm concrete pavers as per Architect’s specification.
