Floors and Ceilings. Employees appointed under Schedule B shall receive a minimum salary calculated on the basis of the salary floor for the appropriate rank multiplied by the Employee's designated percent of a full-time workload. Employees appointed under Schedule B shall receive a maximum salary calculated on the basis of the salary ceiling for the appropriate rank multiplied by the Employee's designated percent of a full-time workload. Salary floors and ceilings for Full-time faculty are shown in Appendix D.
