Common use of Floors Clause in Contracts

Floors. (a) Provide new anti-static VCT, locations to be determined by Lessee. (b) Provide new building standard commercial grade carpet throughout, subject to Lessee approval unless noted otherwise, color to be approved by Lessee. (c) Provide new 4” rubber cover base throughout, color to be selected by Lessee.
