Florida Property. The Agent shall have the right to amend the Security Deed encumbering the Florida Property to increase the maximum principal amount of Obligations secured by such Security Deed. Accordingly, the Florida Borrower hereby constitutes and appoints the Agent as the attorney-in-fact of the Florida Borrower with full power of substitution either in the Agent’s name or in the name of the Florida Borrower to do any of the following: (a) execute an amendment to such Security Deed to increase the maximum principal amount of Obligations secured by such Security Deed and (b) to take any other action and execute any other document, instrument or agreement which the Agent may deem necessary or advisable to accomplish the purposes of this subsection. All documentary stamp taxes, intangibles taxes and other taxes paid by the Agent in respect of the filing of any such amendment shall constitute Obligations of the Borrower. The power of attorney granted herein is irrevocable and coupled with an interest.
