the Property definition

the Property means the Property more particularly described in Condition 2 of the Conditions of Sale (as defined in 1.6 below);
the Property means the premises, the address of which is noted on the first page of this Agreement, or any subsequent change to the address made by the local authority.
the Property means the property or properties shown in the address panel above or any property or properties that fall into the class of properties specified in the address panel above

Examples of the Property in a sentence

  • Guests are permitted to stay on the Property for a period of no more than 48 hours.

  • The Tenant is not allowed to alter, modify, or change the Property in any manner without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

  • The timeframe shall start upon the Tenant's delivery and possession of the Property to the Landlord.

  • To the best of their knowledge, the Landlord declares to deliver possession of the Property in a habitable condition with all utilities and services in working order.

  • The Tenant agrees not to possess, store, or use any items or substances with flammable or explosive characteristics on the Property including, but not limited to, gasoline, compressed gases, kerosene, motor oil, fireworks, or any other substances deemed ignitable or hazardous.


More Definitions of the Property

the Property means the Property sold by the Seller to the Purchaser in terms of this Agreement as identified in C1 of the Information Schedule, comprising a vacant residential erf;
