THE AGENT AS. A BANK The expression "THE BANKS" when used in the Security Documents includes the Agent in its capacity as one of the Banks. The Agent shall be entitled to exercise its rights, powers, discretions and remedies under or pursuant to the Security Documents in its capacity as one of the Banks in the same manner as any other Bank and as if it were not also the Agent.

THE AGENT AS. SECURITY TRUSTEE Unless the context otherwise requires, the expression "THE AGENT" when used in the Security Documents includes the Agent acting in its capacities both as agent and security trustee.

THE AGENT AS. A "FINANCE PARTY" The expression "THE FINANCE PARTIES" when used in the Security Documents includes the Agent in its capacity as one of the Finance Parties. The Agent shall be entitled to exercise its rights, powers, discretions and remedies under or pursuant to the Security Documents in its capacity as one of the Finance Parties in the same manner as any other Finance Party and as if it were not also the Agent.

• THE APPOINTMENT OF THE AGENT AS PROXY AND ATTORNEY-IN-FACT IN THIS ARTICLE VI IS COUPLED WITH AN INTEREST AND SHALL BE IRREVOCABLE UNTIL THE DATE ON WHICH THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT IS TERMINATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7.13.
