Flow Down Requirement. The Contractor agrees to include this clause in all subcontracts at all tiers under this Contract requiring lower tier contractors to comply with Federal, state or local suspension and debarment requirements and review the System for Award Management (XXX) at xxx.xxx.gov in order to comply with U.S. DOT regulations at 2 C.F.R, Part 1200 prior to awarding any subcontract under this Contract.
