  • Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.

  • TASK 1 GENERAL PROJECT TASKS PRODUCTS

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall:

  • For Product Development Projects and Project Demonstrations  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  Estimated or actual energy and cost savings, and estimated statewide energy savings once market potential has been realized. Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Credit for Project Work In order to compensate PURCHASER for project work that PURCHASER agrees to complete under the section titled, “Project Work,” of this contract, STATE agrees to credit PURCHASER’s timber account in the sum of $92,710 upon completion of and STATE’s acceptance of all work, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE. PURCHASER may request partial credit for project work when PURCHASER has completed and STATE has accepted project work, in accordance with the following credit schedule: Partial credit amount of $18,542 (20% project work completion) Partial credit amount of $18,542 (40% project work completion) Partial credit amount of $18,542 (60% project work completion) Partial credit amount of $18,542 (80% project work completion) Partial credit amount of $18,542 (100% project work completion)

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
