Flowers, Greeting Cards, Gifts and Incentive Awards. The cost of gifts, flowers, birthday lunches, or greeting cards is considered a personal expense and is not reimbursable. For example, vendors making a donation or providing a gift for a fund-raiser for AT&T may not submit such an expense to AT&T for reimbursement.
