Flowgates. Only a subset of all transmission constraints that exist in either market will require coordinated congestion management. This subset of transmission constraints will be identified as Flowgates. For the purposes of the M2M coordination process (in addition to the studies described in Section 3 of this Schedule D) the following will be used in determining Flowgates.
