Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL Show Management reserves the right to fix the time for the installation of a booth prior to the Show opening and for its removal after the conclusion of the Show. Installation of all exhibits must be fully completed by the opening time of the exposition. Any space not claimed and occupied three hours prior to opening, may be resold or reassigned without refund. No exhibitor will be allowed to dismantle or repack any part of his exhibit until after the closing of the Show. 6.
Maintenance, Alteration and Repair (a) Resident is responsible for and agrees to take good care of the premises, fixtures and all common areas. Resident may not remove any of Owner’s property and will not perform any repairs, upgrades, painting, wallpapering, electric changes or other alterations of the premises without prior written consent from Owner. Resident will be responsible for damage from waste stoppages caused by foreign or improper objects or improper use in lines serving bathrooms, damage to fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, screens, damage from water faucets left on or from doors left open, and repairs or replacements to alarm devices necessitated by misuse or damage by Resident and/or guests. Extraordinary appliances or furnishings such as satellite dishes, hot tubs, pool tables, water beds or high utility-consuming devices may not be installed or placed on the premises or anywhere at the Property without Owner’s prior written consent, in its sole discretion. Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner.
Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services
Installation, Inspection, and Maintenance The Contractor is responsible for installation and maintenance of the BMPs as a part of its Bid. The Design Professional shall obtain the services of a qualified testing laboratory to inspect the BMPs in accordance with the permits, the costs of such inspections to be borne by the Owner. In the event of Abnormal Weather Conditions or force majeure, the Contractor shall be compensated for re-installation of BMPs at established Unit Prices.
At Substantial Completion and Final Completion the Contractor shall provide a certification letter certifying that the Work does not contain asbestos as required by the UTUGCs.
Decommissioning The expenditure for Decommissioning will be estimated on the basis of technical studies undertaken by the Contractor, to be agreed by the National Petroleum Agency, as part of each Field Development Program and revised as necessary.
AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.
