Focus Arrangements Tracking System Verification and Certification. For each Reporting Period, the Compliance Officer shall review the entries in KDMC’s Focus Arrangements Tracking System and certify in writing to OIG that, to the best of his or her knowledge, the Focus Arrangements Tracking System is complete and accurate, except for any discrepancies identified.
