Common use of Focus Criterion Selection Clause in Contracts

Focus Criterion Selection. Teachers eligible for a focused evaluation shall select a focused criterion using the Focus Criterion Selection Form no later than the date in the year-at-a-glance document. The selected criterion must be approved by the teacher’s evaluator. If the principal and teacher cannot reach an agreement on the focused criterion, the teacher shall be evaluated on the comprehensive model.
