Following Full-Purpose Annexation. Upon full-purpose annexation and dissolution of the entire District under the provisions of Section 2.03, the City will assume all rights, assets, liabilities and obligations of the District (including all obligations to reimburse the developers within the District). Upon full annexation, and dissolution, the residents of the former District shall be treated as residents of the City for all purposes.
