Food Complaints. Food complaints shall be managed in a timely fashion in accordance with documented procedures, with the aim of minimising the recurrence of Bona Fides complaints. Where the Authority refers a food complaint to the Official Agency with all relevant available information, the Official Agency shall provide the Authority with an update on the outcome of the complaint investigation and confirm close out of the complaint.
