OF INDIA, a body corporate having perpetual succession formed under the Food Corporations Act, 1964 having its Headquarters at acting through (hereinafter " Authority", which expression shall, unless the context otherwise requires include its administrators, successors and assigns) of One Part; {………. LIMITED}2, a special purpose company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at , (hereinafter referred to as the “Concessionaire” or “Company” which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, include its successors and permitted assigns and substitutes) of the Other Part.
