FOOD INVENTORY. CONTRACTOR will develop a written plan for conducting food inventories. The plan will include the procedures for conducting food inventories, identify persons responsible for conducting the inventory, and set the schedule for completing the inventories. The plan will also include a description of the "First-in-First Out" food rotation system that will be used to ensure stored goods are rotated to prevent deterioration. CONTRACTOR will provide COUNTY with a copy of its food inventory plan and completed food inventories, upon request.
