TOTALITY OF CONTRACT. This Contract and its Appendices and Exhibits (if any) constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive statement of the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. It incorporates and supercedes all the agreements, covenants and understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof, and all such agreements, covenants, and understandings have been merged into this Contract. No prior or contemporaneous agreement or understanding, verbal or otherwise, of the parties or their agents shall be valid or enforceable unless embodies in this Contract.

  • CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The contractor shall at all times observe and comply with federal and State laws, local laws, ordinances, orders, and regulations existing at the time of or enacted subsequent to the execution of this contract which in any manner affect the completion of the work.   • Grouping of contracts To the extent practicable, contracts for goods shall be grouped in bid packages estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more each.

  • BREACH OF CONTRACT TERMS The State reserves its right to all administrative, contractual, or legal remedies, including but not limited to suspension or termination of this contract, in instances where the Contractor or any of its subcontractors violate or breach any contract term. If the Contractor or any of its subcontractors violate or breach any contract term, they shall be subject to such sanctions and penalties as may be appropriate. The duties and obligations imposed by the contract documents and the rights and remedies available thereunder shall be in addition to and not a limitation of any duties, obligations, rights and remedies otherwise imposed or available by law.

  • Termination of Contract The Department may terminate the Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing access to all public records, as defined in Chapter 119, F. S., made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract.
