For all Subsequent Contract Years. For each of the third, fourth and fifth Contract Years, Agrigenetics shall manage, operate and maintain the Purchased Facility and the Purchased Operative Assets therein in compliance with all applicable laws. During such period, Agrigenetics shall implement appropriate policies, procedures and programs designed to protect employee and guest safety, further good industrial hygiene practices and ensure compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws with respect to the Purchased Facility. For each of the third, fourth and fifth Contract Years, Agrigenetics shall pay directly all Purchased Facility Expenses.
