Common use of For BMRC, and SOCP Only Clause in Contracts

For BMRC, and SOCP Only. Employees will be allowed to trade shifts within forty (40) hour, one (1) week periods, provided that no overtime or penalty payments result. Employees shall notify their supervisor of such trades prior to the shift being worked. Once employee provides the notification, employee agrees to waive any contractual overtime or penalties which might otherwise have applied.
