For College Meetings. a. The College President, or Vice President for Academic Affairs, may hold a faculty meeting each semester of the academic year at which all faculty members shall be present. The date of the meeting shall be announced at least ten (10) days in advance of the meeting. Agenda items for such meeting must be submitted to the College President no later than five (5) days before the announced meeting date. The agenda shall be published and made available three (3) days prior to the meeting and shall be strictly adhered to.
